Rice Pilaf Recipe
Very easy to make. Must try for all rice lovers.
Yield: 4 Servings
|
1/4 Cup Butter
|
2 Cups Chicken Stock
|

1 Cup Long Grain Rice
|
First, melt butter; add rice and saute until golden. Pour in stock; cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Let stand till all liquid is absorbed and rice is fluffy. Do not stir.
